Michael A.H. Schoenberg is an associate in our commercial litigation department. He represents large and small businesses, financial institutions and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations. His area of practice includes a variety of commercial, real estate, contract and business torts litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, real estate contract disputes, tortious interference with contract, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

In 2008, Mr. Schoenberg was elected to the Governing Board of the Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence (SCCADV) and elected Secretary on that Board in 2009.

Mr. Schoenberg received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, in 2003 from Hofstra University School of Law, where he served as Research Editor of Hofstra Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Maryland-College Park in 2000.

Mr. Schoenberg was previously associated with a prominent New York City law firm, where he gained experience in the areas of corporate finance and financial restructuring.

Mr. Schoenberg is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council. Mr. Schoenberg is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York, the District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
