Community and Pro Bono
Since the inception of our firm, the founders of Farrell Fritz recognized that our lives and work are inextricably woven into the fabric of the region's business and not-for-profit communities.
On an ongoing basis, Farrell Fritz attorneys and staff freely donate their time, energy and knowledge to numerous community groups, non-profit organizations and charities on Long Island. For a list of the organizations and causes we support, visit our Community Service section.
Another vital aspect of our commitment to our community is an organized, firm-sponsored pro bono program. Through this, our attorneys provide services without fee, or at a substantially reduced fee, to those most in need.
Throughout the years, our program has produced many satisfying successes. We've assisted a library and a 9/11 memorial project; helped non-profit groups become incorporated and achieve tax-exempt status; represented a family in a foreclosure action against them; and provided services to various religious organizations, minority groups, a child abuse prevention group, arts organizations, health-related organizations, and many others. For more information about our recent activities, visit our Pro Bono section.
