Nancy DeBiasi has extensive experience in the specialized field of real property assessment valuation, as well as real property tax litigation and condemnation law.
After spending seven years in the Nassau County Attorney’s Office, Nancy is well positioned to help clients navigate commercial and residential real property tax challenges. Nancy most recently served as Deputy Bureau Chief, Property Assessment and Litigation Bureau and previously served as Deputy County Attorney, Property Assessment and Litigation Bureau.
In her role, Nancy represented Nassau County in real property tax challenges, while developing an intimate understanding of financial data and market factors to calculate possible real property assessment reduction scenarios. This experience informs her ability to advise commercial and residential clients on assessment reduction strategies, as well as understanding how to create an efficient process for everyone.
Nancy earned her law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. A member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Nancy is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
