What makes Farrell Fritz different for you and your career?
I’ve enjoyed my time at Farrell Fritz, as it is a premier firm working on matters that profoundly impact the New York region. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by exceptional colleagues while working on transactions and projects for great clients. The Farrell Fritz platforms and networks have allowed for many opportunities to develop a sophisticated practice working on local matters of impact. Most importantly, we’ve built an incredible culture of collegiality and collaboration at the Firm that makes even the toughest assignments manageable and approachable.
What keeps you passionate about practicing law?
The ability to positively impact the community and region where my family and I live ignites my passion. As a father of three young boys, it is very important for me to positively impact the regional landscape to the greatest extent possible.
What is your greatest career accomplishment to date?
I routinely find that the most rewarding legal matters I get to work on are pro bono engagements.
What is your top source of motivation in life? My wife and children will always be #1.
If you could work with any client or company in history, who would it be?
Steven Roth.
What is your favorite thing to do in New York?
When we are not spending a jam-packed day in New York City, we love exploring Long Island as a family, especially the beaches, parks, and hiking areas. We love heading out to the North Fork for you-pick berries, sunflowers and veggies, and exploring the restaurants and wineries. It’s not uncommon to start the day at the Carousel in Greenport and work our way back west, with a final stop at Magic Fountain for ice cream before the drive home.
What is a fun fact about you?
I love hopping behind the grill during the summer and hosting friends and family.
