On June 11 and June 12, Yi Stewart, co-chair of the Asian American Bar Association of New York’s Trusts & Estates Committee, will be hosting with the AABANY, a lecture series on “Guardians Ad Litem in Surrogate’s Court.”
The lectures will cover procedures for GAL appointments, administration, probate, miscellaneous proceedings, accounting, SCPA 17-A guardianship, kinship hearings, and Supreme Court and other court proceedings. A panel of Surrogates will discuss some ethical considerations in the GAL cases.
