The Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association is hosting its annual Spring Meeting from May 17–19 in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Commercial Litigation attorneys Matthew D. Donovan, Peter J. Sluka, Jason A. Little, Becky (Hyun Jeong) Baek and Viktoriya Liberchuk will be attending.
Viktoriya Liberchuk will be moderating panel Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health and Success in Litigation on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 11:40am – 12:55pm.
This panel will hold a candid and thorough discussion of how litigators at all stages of practice can become aware of and work to increase their emotional intelligence and mindfulness of mental health issues to become better colleagues, more effective advocates and happier professionals. The panel will suggest practical steps and professional development training that firms can provide to its litigators.
