Daniel Rubin Presenting at the ACTEC 2024 Fall Meeting

On September 21, Daniel S. Rubin will be speaking on the panel “Derivative What? Nuts and Bolts of Planning (or Not Planning) With Strategies You Hear About, But May Not Really Understand” at the ACTEC 2024 Fall Meeting.

This panel will provide an overview of a few such planning strategies, including DAPTs, BDITs, BDOTs, SPATs, SLANTs, INGs, and Private Derivatives.  The panel will also provide commentary on the inherent risks in these strategies, as well as tips for mitigating risks and creatively applying strategy variations to accomplish clients’ goals.
