Daniel Rubin Presenting at the ACTEC 2024 Fall Meeting

Daniel S. Rubin will be speaking on the panel “Derivative What? Nuts and Bolts of Planning (or Not Planning) With Strategies You Hear About, But May Not Really Understand” at the ACTEC 2024 Fall Meeting on September 21, 2024. The panel will provide an overview of several planning strategies, including DAPTs, BDITs, BDOTs, SPATs, SLANTs, INGs, and Private Derivatives. They will discuss inherent risks in these strategies, as well as tips for mitigating risks and creatively applying strategy variations to accomplish clients’ goals.
