Mark R. Ustin Recognized in the City & State 2025 Trailblazers in Health Care
Farrell Fritz is proud to announce the recent board appointments of five of our attorneys, who are extending their expertise and leadership to esteemed organizations in the New York region.
Josh Kalish, a partner in our New York City office and a corporate attorney focusing on Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC), has been named to the board of The Legal Aid Society. For more than 150 years, The Legal Aid Society has worked to protect and defend the rights of everyday New Yorkers in need of legal support.
Domenique Camacho Moran, a partner and head of the firm’s Labor & Employment group, based in the Uniondale office, has joined the board of Family & Children’s Association (FCA). FCA is a non-sectarian, not-for-profit organization that provides help and hope to Long Island’s most vulnerable families, children, seniors, individuals, and communities.
Mark R. Ustin, a partner and head of the firm’s New York State Regulatory & Government Relations and Healthcare practice groups, based in the Albany office, has joined the board of the Friends of the New York Military History Museum (“The Friends”). The Friends is a private, nonprofit organization that helps to support the New York State Military Museum in its efforts to tell the story of New York’s rich military history and the service and sacrifices of its citizens from the colonial era to today.
Adam Margulies, an attorney in the firm’s Tax and Corporate groups, based in the firm’s Uniondale office, has joined the Long Island Regional Council of Junior Achievement of New York (JA). JA empowers young people by helping them connect classroom learning with real-world experiences to discover and achieve their potential, including a specific focus on financial literacy.
James Maguire, an attorney in our Commercial Litigation group also based in the firm’s Uniondale office, has joined the board of the Queens Botanical Garden (QBG). Located in Flushing, Queens, QBG serves as an urban oasis where people, plants, and cultures are celebrated through inspiring gardens, educational programs, and environmental stewardship.
