Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that two of our attorneys, Lyle C. Mahler and Darren A. Pascarella, have been elected to serve on Long Island not-for-profit boards.
Lyle, a corporate partner in the firm’s Uniondale office, has been elected to serve on the Long Island Cares, Inc. board of directors. He earned his J.D from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Long Island Cares is committed to ending hunger across Long Island.
Darren is counsel in the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Uniondale. He has been elected to the Caumsett Foundation’s board of directors. Darren earned his J.D at St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Brown University. The Caumsett Foundation works closely with New York State Parks to provide support and enhancement to the historic park preserve.
