Kylie R. Springs Receives Long Island Business News Emerging Leaders Under 30 Award

We are proud to congratulate Kylie R. Springs on receiving the Long Island Business News Emerging Leaders Under 30 Award. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding young professionals under the age of 30 for their professional accomplishments, contributions to the Long Island community through public service, and dynamic work ethic.

Kylie is a commercial real estate attorney who represents landlords and tenants in commercial leases, buyers and sellers of commercial properties, as well as lenders—including banks, non-bank financing companies, and borrowers utilizing real estate as collateral. Her practice covers all stages of these transactions from drafting documents, title review and the due diligence process, through negotiations and closing.

Beyond her legal work, Kylie serves on the Board of Directors for The Child Center of New York, is an active member of CIBS-W, and demonstrated her commitment to philanthropy by successfully fundraising for the Family & Children’s Association as a participant in the 2023 New York City Marathon.
