New York State Bar Association Annual Meeting – Elder Law and Special Needs Section | When Medicaid Planning Turns to Estate Litigation

Brett Cahn will be presenting at the New York State Bar Associations Annual Meeting for the Elder Law and Special Needs Law Section on the panel “When Medicaid Planning Turns to Estate Litigation.”

The NYSBA Annual Meeting program will feature an Elder Law Update covering state and national issues, including the SECURE Act, Medicaid Aid in Dying, and Medicaid and Estate Planning that Leads to Litigation. A CLE session, Understanding Investments for You and Your Clients, will review investment vehicles, Social Security, and IRA planning. The program is designed to provide foundational information for newer practitioners while addressing nuanced topics for experienced professionals in Elder Law and Estate Planning.
