Disposition of Human Remains in New York – Fall 2024 – New York State Bar Association (nysba.org)
Edward D. Baker and Robert M. Harper will be presenting at the New York State Bar Association CLE “Disposition of Human Remains in New York – Fall 2024”.
This program will address the statutory and case-based authorities concerning the disposition of human remains, including the order of priority for deciding how to dispose of human remains and the disinterment of human remains. In addition, the program will provide guidance on how best to assist clients in avoiding disputes concerning the disposition of their remains.
