Long Island Leaders Reveal Their Predictions for the Year Ahead
Farrell Fritz Managing Partner, Robert C. Creighton has been named to the Long Island Business News Power 25 in Law.
Robert C. Creighton is the managing partner at Farrell Fritz, where he concentrates on general corporate practice with a particular emphasis on merger and acquisition transactions and representing banks in commercial lending matters.
Creighton counsels businesses in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures and other business combinations, shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and employment agreements, and matters of corporate law generally. He has also counseled institutional lenders in connection with commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured commercial financing, leveraged acquisitions, term loans, revolving credits and syndicated facilities.
Creighton has experience in the healthcare industry ranging from advising a regional managed care company in connection with strategic transactions to advising physicians’ practices in connection with general corporate advice and advising not-for-profit hospital boards in connection with various corporate governance issues.
Named to City & State New York’s Long Island Power 100 for the past three years, he maintains a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review rating, which is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills and ethical standards by their peers.
