In addition to his role as Managing Partner, Bob is a member of the firm’s corporate practice, where he focused on middle market M&A transactions, in addition to representing banks in commercial lending matters. Bob was recently elected to the Board of Directors for The Long Island Association and has been intimately involved with many philanthropic organizations over his career.
