Robert Harper, a partner in the firm’s Estate Litigation practice group, is an estates, trusts, and guardianship litigator who advises individuals, families, charities, and corporate fiduciaries. He is also is a special professor of law at Hofstra University School of Law, a frequent lecturer on trusts and estates topics and a contributor to the firm’s New York Trusts & Estates Litigation blog.
Viktoriya Liberchuk, an Association in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, is a commercial litigator representing middle market businesses in state and federal court and a frequent contributor to the New York Commercial Division Practice blog.
