New Year, New Opportunities: Time to Grieve Nassau County Property Taxes for 2025/26
Arthur Feldman is a retired partner and former member of the firm’s tax certiorari department. Across his prolific career, Art handled all aspects of real property taxation on behalf of developers, owners, or tenants of commercial and residential property. Over his 37+ year career, Art was involved in many trials, litigation, and the administrative disposition of real estate tax matters involving properties as diverse as the largest commercial-industrial complex on Long Island, the Pennsylvania Railroad yards in New York City, private golf clubs, regional shopping malls, and a Merrick residence renovated to accommodate a disabled child.
Before joining Farrell Fritz in 1989, Art was Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York in its Tax Certiorari Division.
