Farrell Fritz’s managing partner from 2007-2015, Charles Strain’s successful law practice was focused on corporate, finance, and real estate law. Charlie represented a range of large and small corporations and businesses, as well as financial institutions and healthcare providers over the course of his career. A leader in the field, Charlie often served as general counsel to closely held corporations and not-for-profit organizations of all types, including religious organizations. When representing financial institutions, Charlie handled complex lending transactions in connection with regulatory and compliance issues. In connection with healthcare providers, Charlie negotiated critical contracts and real estate transactions, and also resolved regulatory matters.
