Christina Kort is a corporate lawyer assisting in the firm’s representation of both public and private companies. Christina supports firm clients across all aspects of their businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. She plays a vital role in the due diligence process of prominent transactions, conducts research into relevant laws and regulations, and prepares corporate governance documents.
Christina first joined Farrell Fritz as a law clerk and summer associate. Before joining the firm, she was a legal intern for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and for a matrimonial law firm. While in law school, Christina was the Research Editor for the St. John’s Law Review.
