- Advised a large lending institution in connection with the refinance of numerous industrial and office properties in one of the largest commercial real estate portfolios on Long Island.
- Represented a major owner of office buildings in Manhattan and other major markets on the ground lease of an office building in midtown.
- Advised the owner of a start-up company on the acquisition of multiple industrial buildings in Suffolk County, as well as benefits from the Town of Babylon Industrial Development Agency and the Town of Islip Industrial Development Agency.
- Counseled a national lending institution on a construction loan to a New York Not-for-Profit company for the rehabilitation of the borrower’s headquarters.
