Jana is an employment lawyer representing employers in all aspects of employment litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Her experience includes matters arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Human Rights Law, and the New York Labor Law.
Before joining Farrell Fritz as an associate, Jana worked for the firm as a summer associate while in law school. During that time, she developed foundational experience including honing her skills at research as well as case analysis and management that supports finding the best possible resolutions for employers.
