Jennifer Tomeny Stacchini is a corporate attorney representing domestic and international clients in connection with U.S. operations and day-to-day corporate, employment and litigation issues. Jennifer represents small and mid-size corporations, limited liability companies and professional corporations in connection with acquisition strategy, entity formation, stock purchases and sales, corporate governance, business transactions, and corporate best practices.
As a trusted advisor who advises clients from inception to sale, Jennifer also establishes transition plans for members and shareholders of privately held companies, including negotiating and preparing shareholders’ agreements and operating agreements. She also conducts due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital transactions.
