John W. Giblin, Jr. is a trusts and estates lawyer advising closely held business owners, real estate developers and investment bankers. John handles estate planning, business succession planning, and the management of large and complex estates with assets both nationally and internationally.
John is known for developing and nurturing meaningful client relationships, some of which span over 25 years. Clients are drawn to John’s smart, forward thinking approach to developing plans that are protective and practical.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, John ran a private practice focused on trusts and estates law serving Long Island.
Serves as the village justice for the Village of Lloyd Harbor, New York where he presides over matters such as misdemeanors, violations, small claims, eviction proceedings and other matters within the village.
