New Year, New Opportunities: Time to Grieve Nassau County Property Taxes for 2025/26
Nancy is a tax certiorari attorney with extensive experience in the specialized field of real property assessment valuation, as well as real property tax litigation and condemnation law.
After spending seven years in the Nassau County Attorney’s Office, Nancy is well positioned to help clients navigate commercial and residential real property tax challenges.
Before joining Farrell Fritz, Nancy served as the Deputy Bureau Chief, Property Assessment and Litigation Bureau and also as Deputy County Attorney, Property Assessment and Litigation Bureau. In her role, Nancy represented Nassau County in real property tax challenges while developing an intimate understanding of financial data and market factors to calculate possible real property assessment reduction scenarios. This experience informs Nancy’s unique ability to advise commercial and residential taxpayers on assessment reduction strategies, as well as understanding how to create an efficient process for everyone.
