Robert Sandler is a commercial real estate attorney representing property owners, developers, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions. Bob primarily focuses on leasing and acquisitions with a particular emphasis on retail and office leasing. Bob works with growing retail and commercial businesses requiring leasing and/or acquisition expertise. He has significant experience advising clients when developing and leasing mixed-use projects, as well as in connection with multi-state leasing transactions.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz in 1991, Bob worked in the Northeast regional real estate department of The Southland Corporation, where he was responsible for site selection, development and leasing activities. This firsthand experience is foundational to Bob’s understanding of the many moving parts his clients must consider when closing real estate transactions.

Represents various shopping center owners in connection with big box and supermarket leases.
Provides leasing services to bioscience park in public/private venture on a college campus.
