Stacey L. Goldstein

Stacey Goldstein is a business and regulatory lawyer advising healthcare providers, for-profit, not-for-profit, and tax-exempt entities. She counsels hospitals, long-term care providers, federally qualified health centers, physician practices, assisted living residences, home health care agencies, and other healthcare entities with transactional, regulatory and compliance matters.

Stacey also represents businesses in connection with general corporate matters, commercial real estate, and commercial leasing. In her transactional practice, she negotiates and closes complex transactions involving licensed operators, licensed management companies, as well as independent senior living communities.

Stacey also assists businesses with matters involving the New York State Liquor Authority, from new license holders, renewals, and modifications of licensed spaces.

As the town attorney for the Town of Pittstown since 2012, Stacey represents and advises the town board on matters pertaining to real estate, title, municipal law, and municipal finance. Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Stacey was counsel at a northeast regional law firm based in New York.
